Through a shared competency framework and digital learning tools, ARC delivers structured training and certification programs – including specialized tracks such as Retail Space Planning.
As the organization expanded, its digital infrastructure began limiting growth.
Challenge
The platform was built on Sitefinity and lacked stability, scalability, and measurable performance.
Data was fragmented across Sitefinity, WordPress, and Microsoft 365, with no centralized analytics or maintenance process in place. Content and sales teams were constrained by technical limitations, slowing down operations and reducing commercial potential.
ARC needed more than a technical upgrade.
It required a full modernization of its digital backbone – one that would unlock scalability, empower internal teams, and align technology directly with revenue generation.

We began with a comprehensive audit of the existing ecosystem, mapping how Sitefinity and Microsoft Dynamics 365 were used and identifying architectural bottlenecks.

The strategy focused on rebuilding the platform around three pillars: stability, scalability, and commercial enablement. The new architecture needed to centralize content management, integrate tightly with Dynamics 365, support SEO-driven growth, and provide measurable analytics for both business and technical performance.

We replaced the legacy stack with a modern, containerized architecture designed for performance and long-term scalability.
Secure Data Migration & Backend Integration
A custom migration system securely transferred existing user data from Sitefinity into the new environment. We developed a modern backend tightly integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring seamless synchronization between user activity, certifications, and sales processes while eliminating data fragmentation.
Unified Headless CMS & SEO-First Frontend
Four separate content management tools were consolidated into a single headless CMS built on Directus, enabling structured, scalable, and AI-enhanced content creation. The new SEO-first frontend platform was developed in Next.js, delivering improved performance, flexibility, and search visibility.
Cloud-Native Deployment & Observability
Deployment workflows were fully modernized through a Docker-based CI pipeline, reducing release friction and accelerating time to production. Legacy hosting was replaced with Azure Container Apps, enabling dynamic autoscaling based on real user traffic. Embedded business and technical analytics, combined with proactive alerts and health monitoring, ensured long-term operational stability.
Modern UI/UX with Glass-Effect Design
The user experience was redesigned using a distinctive glass-effect visual language, creating a modern and intuitive interface aligned with ARC’s premium positioning while improving clarity, engagement, and usability across the platform.
