The Barney project aimed to change that by building a secure, intuitive, and scalable digital system that connects alumni, centers, and specialists in one integrated ecosystem.
The system needed to:
- Support two main user groups — administrators managing rehabilitation centers and staff coordinating daily alumni activities
- Provide fast, intuitive tools for tracking progress, communication, and crisis response
- Enable community building and peer networking among people with similar experiences
- Allow specialists to intervene early in case of relapse risks or emotional crises
- Ensure high data security and compliance, given the sensitivity of user information

Our Strategic Approach
We designed and delivered a dual-module web application that meets the needs of both professionals and alumni. From the first iteration, the goal was to create a reliable, privacy-focused, and emotionally intelligent tool that feels personal, yet operates with the efficiency of enterprise-grade systems.
